In the continued interest of the health and safety of our community and personnel, Our Lady of Consolation remains committed to balancing our gradual reopening process with the ongoing health issues that COVID-19 presents. Based on new guidance released for Places of Worship and Religious Services, effective August 29, 2021, regardless of vaccination status, we will resume 6 ft social distancing. Face coverings will be required when entering and while inside the parish buildings. This includes all Masses.

Have you had your Covid-19 vaccination yet? Because the supply of vaccine has been increased by the federal government and the state of North Carolina, appointments are more available than ever. However, now that the U.S. Treasury Department, local agencies and the United States Department of Labor have issued initial guidance and updates regarding community resources, financial relief and other forms of assistance, we are providing this information to you and encouraging you to check your online updates and resources for more information based on your individual situation.
