OLC has a Faith Community Health Ministry.
Our Lady of Consolation (OLC) church and the OLC Men's Group have partnered with Carolinas HealthCare's Faith Community Health Ministry which promotes better health through education, access to healthcare, and encouragement toward wellness and wholeness. Health ministry can bridge faith and medicine to promote health and wholeness of mind, body and spirit for individuals, congregations and the community.The goal of the program is to promote health and wholeness of mind, body, and spirit to individuals, congregations, and the OLC Community for the glory of God. The Program/community consist of 2 faith community nurses and a health promoter team.
